1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS to 5XL (in most of our designs) so everyone can find their perfect fit. Check out our Size Chart for detailed measurements.

2. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Please visit our Returns & Shipping Policy for full details.

3. How do I care for my Oh Happy Locs apparel?
To keep your apparel looking fresh, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Check the care label on each item for specific instructions.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the U.S.

5. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use the link provided to monitor your delivery status.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
